It seems like it's been a long time since I've doodled any of my OC's. I found a sketch of Tlatloki that was done sometime last year (last March?) and colored it. 
I kinda like how the coloring turned out, but any suggestions on how to improve would be greatly appreciated!
I'm always at a loss when it comes to thinking up backgrounds.

I think it´s fine how it is. But maybe I would chose another color for the body, maybe red, another type of green.
And for the background a castle will fit fine (for me), or a twilight, or could be a night with stars.
But it´s only my suggection, I´m not pretending to say any bad thing about your art.
